Composition and Opening Methods of Roll-Up Doors

Roller shutters serve the same purpose as walls in providing horizontal separation. They consist of 13 components, including curtain slats, base plates, guide tracks, supports, roller shafts, boxes, control cabinets, roller door motors, limit switches, lintels, manual rapid release switches, push-button switches, and safety devices. Generally installed in areas where wall separation is impractical, roller shutters are suitable for commercial storefronts, garages, shopping malls, industrial enterprises, and public or residential buildings. They are particularly convenient for large doorways where it is not feasible to install ground-level doors, enabling easy and quick opening.

By type of opening

Manual Roll-down Shades. Utilizing the torsion spring's balancing force on the center axis of the roll-down shades to achieve the purpose of manually pulling them open.

2. Electric Roller Shutters. Driven by a dedicated motor, the central shaft of the roller shutter rotates to control the opening and closing. It automatically stops when it reaches the upper and lower limit positions set by the motor. The dedicated motors for roller shutter doors include: overhead roller doors, Australian roller doors, tubular roller doors, fire-resistant roller doors, inorganic double curtain roller doors, and rapid roller doors, etc.
