1. During the operation of electric roller shutters, maintain stability of the controller and voltage as much as possible. Avoid installation in extremely damp environments. Additionally, do not randomly operate the remote control. If you find wires tangled or knotted on the door, handle the situation promptly. Pay attention to whether the passage is blocked, which may hinder the door's descent. In case of any abnormal response, immediately stop the motor operation.

Ensure regular inspections of the electric roller shutter's up and down travel switches. Apply lubricant to the travel controller to maintain smooth operation. Additionally, operators should manually control the roller shutter to check its operation, align the up and down travel switches, and ensure the shutter is in the correct position during opening or closing. Be cautious to prevent the shutter from hitting the top or bottom or reversing during the check. In case of an emergency, immediately stop the rotation and cut off the power supply.

Operators should regularly check the manual switch and manual lifting/lowering features of the electric roller shutters to prevent malfunctions during emergencies or unnecessary safety incidents.

4. To ensure smooth track operation, regularly clean the tracks of the electric roller shutters, maintain internal cleanliness. Regularly lubricate the roller shutter motor and drive chain. Inspect the components and switches in the control box, secure the wiring terminals, tighten screws, etc. Clean the dust and dirt inside, on the surface, and from the buttons to prevent them from getting stuck and failing to return.
