Principle Overview:

Abrasive materials are then jetted onto the workpiece surface to cut chips after being mixed with compressed air to form a solid-gas mixture. Some of the abrasive chips break down to form dust, which is carried down by the flowing air. The air current mixes the dust with abrasive materials and rust particles, and they return to the sorting system via the honeycomb back-sanding floor. After sorting, the recyclable sand is returned to the storage bin and automatically added to the sandblasting system according to the sandblasting requirements for recirculation use. The dust and impurities that cannot be reused are transported to the dust collector for fine filtration. The dust settles in the waste bin and is recycled.
