Some light, fine dust particles are further processed through the top pipeline into the water-washing cyclone tower, where they are flung towards the tower wall due to centrifugal force and collected by a flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass rapidly through the cyclone tower plates, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. The dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets collide and intercept each other through mechanisms such as collision and interception.Particle size continuously increases. Under the guidance of the cyclone tray, the rotational motion intensifies, generating strong centrifugal force. Dust particles easily detach from the exhaust gas and are thrown towards the tray wall, flowing to the bottom of the tower under gravity to achieve gas-solid separation. For the fine dust particles in the exhaust gas, it is impossible to capture all of them after passing through the tray. Some dust particles escape. After passing through multiple trays, the fine dust particles coalesce, increase in mass, and are then captured and separated.
