Design of the Cyclone TowerPrinciple
Turbulent TowerThe centrifugal force of the cyclone separator is designed to separate large particles and fibrous materials from the dust, which then fall into the dust collector box from top to bottom. Some fine, light dust particles are further introduced into the water-washing cyclone tower via the top pipe, where they are thrown against the tower wall by centrifugal force and collected by a flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass rapidly through the cyclone tower plates, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. Through mechanisms such as collision and interception, dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets interact with each other.Particle size continues to increase. Under the guidance of the cyclone tower plate, the rotational motion intensifies, generating strong centrifugal force. Dust particles easily detach from the exhaust gas and are flung towards the tower wall, where they flow to the bottom of the tower under gravity, achieving gas-solid separation. For the fine dust particles in the exhaust gas, not all can be captured after passing through the tower plates, and a certain number of particles escape. As they pass through multiple tower plates, the fine dust particles coalesce, their mass increases, and they are then captured and separated. They are then transferred to the upper multi-faceted sphere adsorption filtration layer for dehydration. Due to the large surface area of the multi-faceted spheres, the adsorption capacity is strong. The filtered gas is then exhausted outdoors through a vacuum fan.
