Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time for the dust-laden gas and improved washing effect. Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. This drives the ball packing to rotate. The liquid collected at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and sprayed as mist at the top of the drum, before recirculating back to the bottom for reuse. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards. This equipment employs a filling material mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operational range, and excellent de-misting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability.
