Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball fillings to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplements occasionally added). After purification, the exhaust is dehumidified and demisted through a fog removal layer, then discharged into the atmosphere by a blower or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid absorbed at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and then sprayed and atomized at the top of the box, before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards. This equipment employs a filling water mist rotation to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent dehumidification performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability.
