Some light, fine dust particles are then directed through the top pipe into the water-washing cyclone tower, where they are flung against the tower wall by centrifugal force and collected by a flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass rapidly through the cyclone tower plates, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. Through mechanisms such as collision and interception, dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets collide with each other.Particle size continuously increases. Under the guidance of the cyclone tray, the rotational motion intensifies, generating strong centrifugal force.
