V. Application:

Due to factors such as the type of film, usage time, water quality, and clogging substances, the following conditions may occur after cleaning and are within the normal range:

Capacity (pure water recovery rate) has significantly increased, but the desalination rate (pure water conductivity) shows no noticeable change.

Salt removal rate (pure water conductivity decrease) significantly increased, but production capacity (pure water recovery rate unchanged).

Capacity (pure water recovery rate) and desalination rate (conductivity) show no significant change. Reason: The membrane has reached its service life or the fouling substances are of a similar nature or special, difficultly soluble substances. Special cleaning formulas need to be developed based on the water quality.

D: Performance cannot be restored; offline cleaning or replacement of the membrane element is required.
