Principle of Blade Separator: As gas containing droplets approaches the blades, through a patented technology featuring specially designed fluid dynamics channels within the blades, as illustrated below, the fluid is forced to flow within the blade bundle, resulting in a geometric increase in the number of rotating elements and a sharp decrease in their rotational radius. This significantly enhances the efficiency of collision, coalescence, and growth between droplets, as well as between droplets and the blade surface. Larger droplets achieve separation efficiency several times greater than that under gravity in the rotating vector field and are separated from the airflow. The vast number of droplets separated are then flowing and spreading on the blade surface to form a film, capturing any remaining tiny droplets that collide and wet the blade surface due to the surface free energy of the droplets. The collected liquid flows into secondary micro-channels "bags" perpendicular to the gas direction, set by a special structural channel, and is discharged to the bottom of the tank through conduits and a designed liquid seal structure. The liquid seal at the bottom of the conduit prevents gas from "short-circuiting" and bypassing the precise separation components around the blades, as well as guards against the "siphon effect" which could suck the separated liquid from the bottom of the tank and re-distribute it into the clean airflow, thus reducing separation efficiency and operational stability. Basic Types of Blade Separation Components Leaflet in single-bag style. 'Vertical arrangement of leaves, horizontal gas flow direction.' Double-bag style blades. 'Blades are arranged vertically, with the gas flowing horizontally.' Hollow blades. Vertical blade arrangement, gas vertical flow – 'Ideal substitute for the wire mesh demister' V-shaped two-panel blade interior Four-panel blade interior part Eight-panel blade interior part Single-panel blade inner part
