Quick-Open Blue Stainless Steel Filter Operating Principle:

Basket filters are mainly composed of pipe connections, main pipes, filter baskets, flanges, flange covers, and fasteners.

When the liquid passes through the main pipe into the filter basket, solid impurities are trapped inside, while the clean fluid passes through the basket and exits via the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply unscrew the plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reassemble. Thus, maintenance is extremely convenient.

Quick-open stainless steel filters are equipment for removing solid particles from liquids, which can protect the normal operation of the equipment. As the fluid enters the filter筒 with specified mesh screens, impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply remove the detachable filter筒, clean it, and reassemble it. Thus, the maintenance is extremely convenient.
