Working Principle The WSZ-AO series wastewater treatment equipment primarily relies on the AO biological treatment process within the device to remove organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen. Under anaerobic conditions for A-grade microorganisms, these are facultative microorganisms that convert organic ammonia in wastewater into NH3-N, utilizing organic carbon as an electron donor to transform NO2-N and NO3-N into N2, and also use organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cells. Not only do they possess organic matter removal capabilities, but they also rely on organic matter in the raw water to complete denitrification, ultimately eliminating nitrogen pollution. The O-level aerobic biological contact oxidation pond is set up, primarily containing aerobic microorganisms and nitrifying bacteria. It decomposes organic matter into CO2 and H2O, while also performing nitrification. The nitrifying bacteria decompose organic matter into inorganic carbon and water, eliminating carbon source pollution, and converting NH3-N in the wastewater into NO2-N and NO3-N. A portion of this is recycled back to the A-level pond, where denitrification ultimately eliminates nitrogen pollution. Product Features The equipment can be buried below ground level, allowing the surface to be used for landscaping or squares. Therefore, the equipment does not occupy any surface area and does not require heating and insulation. ■ Utilizing a flow-through bio-contact oxidation pond, featuring a compact design, high adaptability, excellent shock resistance, stable effluent water quality, and no sludge bulking, the microorganisms are in their self-oxidation phase, resulting in a reduced sludge production. The contact oxidation pond utilizes three-dimensional soft packing, which has a larger specific surface area, less sludge production, and lower volume load. ■The WSZ-AO series wastewater treatment equipment is equipped with an automatic electrical control system and a device damage alarm system. The equipment is highly reliable, generally requiring no dedicated personnel for daily management, only regular maintenance and care.
