1． Design complies with the following specifications::

All basic cabinets are made of full steel, pre-formed, and pre-opened structures. The intersection planes are smooth in both vertical and horizontal directions, with no overlapping or cracking. The door and drawer panels are on the same plane, and the interior of the panels contains noise-dampening material.

The basic cabinet is an independent, detachable structure. The entire cabinet can be used individually or in combination.

The basic cabinet interior is easy to clean and maintain. 

Drawer modules can be customized in size and quantity to meet various storage needs. The drawers can be disassembled without additional tools, featuring sound-absorbing material on the drawer panels; the top front panel interlocks and overlaps with the rear panel to prevent dust from entering the cabinet.

Glass door cabinets can be replaced with glass without damaging the original door structure.

2. Basic cabinet material

Basic cabinet for1.0mmThick galvanized steel plate, with the countertop selection based on the experimental content and the requirements of laboratory experts. Currently using chemical and physical board countertops.

Each panel thickness meets or exceeds the following standards:

Panel, Rear Panel, Component Top and Bottom Plates, Component Structure Board, Outer Door Panel, Rear Panel of Bottom Cabinet, Vertical Liner:1.0mm。

3. Hardware accessories

Handle: U-shaped 304 stainless steel handle.

Hinge:115-degree DTC hinge.

Shelf销1.5mm thick stainless steel sheet formed by CNC punching mold (standard without layer board, optional).

Porous holes: laser-cut for one-time forming

Adjustable Foot10mmGalvanized screws with a waterproof nylon circular ring for easy adjustment.

4. Sinks, drains, and elbows

PPSink:Full casting, submerged installation on the surface, edges lower than the surface, connected with elbow bend.

Basin Size: (500x400X300mm)。

Elbow40mmAnti-siphon, made of polypropylene material. Elbow is easy to remove and install.

5. Other Lab Accessories

Faucet is designed for countertop installation, with three cold water spouts.

The faucet features a chrome plating finish.

Easily detach and install pipe mouth nozzles without separating from the internal piping.

The faucet can rotate.

Faucet handles are color-coded to indicate different purposes.
