Cabinet and drawer door panels: Made from 1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, cut, stamped, bent, and gas shielded welded by special machine tools. The surface is treated with a polishing process, featuring resistance to strong acids and alkalis, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high toughness. The steel surface is flat and smooth, with no visible weld marks, bubbles, dents, indentations, scratches, cracks, burrs, sharp angles, or blade edges. The drilling positions are determined by molds. The cutting, drilling, and chamfering should be deburred.
Three-section guide rail: Equipped with Guangdong Xinghui ABC brand suspended ball screw guide rail, capable of withstanding 30 kg of pressure, mold-formed, flexible in extension and contraction, and can stop at any space.
Back panel: To accommodate water, electricity, and gas installations as well as routine maintenance, the bottom cabinet back panel is designed to be removable.
2. Sealing integrity. When sealing edges, the degree of sealing in the space is also a factor to consider. It is not advisable to operate near ventilation openings, windows, etc.
