The infrared tubular electric heating elements consist of high-temperature resistance wires placed inside a metal tube, with the gaps densely filled with crystalline oxide powder that has good insulation and thermal conductivity properties. Using infrared tubular electric heating elements as the heating element offers advantages such as a compact structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion and wear resistance. The cylinder is equipped with flow baffles to ensure even heating of the air during circulation. The infrared pipeline electric heater is an electric heating device used for heating pipelines or their internal media. It consists of a microcontroller and a temperature sensor for the temperature control unit, and features two metal shells in the shape of shaft bearings, with each shell's inner wall fixed with an infrared electric heating tube. It also includes two heat-conducting material shaft bearing-shaped thermal conductive layers for fitting on the pipeline, with the outer surface of the thermal conductive layers adhering to the inner walls of the two metal shells. Additionally, there are two thermal insulation layers shaped like shaft bearings, adhering to the outer surfaces of the two metal shells, with two shaft bearing-shaped shells on the outer surfaces of the thermal insulation layers. There are also fixed components used to secure the heating components to the pipeline. This invention boasts high thermal efficiency and ease of installation and removal, making it widely applicable in various pipeline heating scenarios.
