Product Parameter Comparison Chart Manufacturer's Visual Overview - Case Study Automated assembly line operations Tote usage and maintenance precautions Section details the precautions required during actual operation to ensure long-term and safe use of the plastic pallets, strictly prohibits any unauthorized operation, and hopes that the user will correctly operate and use according to the following requirements: 2. Storage environment and usage conditions for the pallet Users must comply with laws and regulations related to safe production and ensure product quality. Strictly prohibited is any unauthorized operation during actual use. To ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets, it is requested to store and use the plastic pallets in accordance with the following requirements: 1. Plastic pallets should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their lifespan. 2. Absolutely no throwing goods from heights onto plastic trays. Determine the placement of goods on the trays rationally. Place goods evenly, avoiding concentrated stacking or off-center stacking. 3. Strictly prohibited from dropping plastic pallets from a height or throwing them from a low place to a higher level, to prevent breakage or cracking due to violent impacts. 4. Steel pipe plastic pallets should be used in a dry environment.
Plastic pallets should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life.
b. Absolutely no throwing goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoid concentrated stacking or off-center stacking.
c. Absolutely prohibited from dropping plastic pallets from a height or throwing them upwards from a low level to avoid breakage or cracking due to violent impacts.
d. During the use of forklifts and hydraulic trucks with pallets, the distance between the fork tines should be widened as much as possible to the outer edge of the pallet's fork entry. The fork depth should exceed more than 2/3 of the entire pallet's depth. In actual operation, maintain a uniform speed for both forward and backward, as well as up and down movements, to avoid abrupt stops or turns that may damage the pallet or cause goods to topple. Do not allow the fork tines to strike the side of the pallet to prevent cracking or breaking.
e. When stacking on a pallet, ensure the goods are placed flat to evenly distribute the load on the bottom of the pallet, thus preventing excessive deformation and potential cracking. When placing the pallet on the shelf, keep it level on the shelf beams, with the pallet length exceeding the outer diameter of the shelf beams by at least 50mm.
