Product Parameters Comparison Chart Manufacturer Aesthetic Overview — Case Introduction Automated assembly line operations Tote Usage and Maintenance Tips The section elaborates on the precautions necessary for the long-term and safe use of plastic pallets during actual operation. Strictly prohibited are any unauthorized operations. It is hoped that the user will properly operate and use the pallets according to the following requirements: 2. Storage environment and usage conditions for the pallets Users must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and provisions related to safety production to ensure product quality. Unauthorized operations are strictly prohibited during actual operation. To ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets, it is requested that plastic pallets be stored and used correctly according to the following requirements: Plastic pallets should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life. 2. Absolutely no dropping goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly; avoid clustering or uneven distribution. 3. Absolutely forbidden to drop plastic pallets from a height or throw them from a low place to a high one, to prevent the pallets from breaking or cracking due to a violent impact. 4. Use steel pipe plastic trays in a dry environment.

Plastic pallets should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent plastic aging and extend their service life.
b. Absolutely no dropping goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoid heaping in one area, and prevent uneven distribution.
c. Absolutely no dropping plastic pallets from heights or throwing them from low to high, to prevent breakage or cracking due to violent impacts.
d. During the use of forklifts and hydraulic trucks with pallets, the distance between the forks should be widened as much as possible to the outer edge of the pallet's fork entry. The fork insertion depth should be more than 2/3 of the entire pallet depth. In actual operation, maintain a steady speed for advancing, retreating, and lifting/lowering to avoid abrupt stops or turns that could damage the pallet or cause cargo to topple. Do not allow the forks to strike the side of the pallet to prevent breakage or cracking.
e. When stacking on pallets, ensure the goods are placed flat to evenly distribute the load on the bottom of the pallet, thus preventing excessive deformation and potential cracking. When placing the pallet on the shelf, keep the pallet level on the shelf beam, with the length of the pallet being at least 50mm longer than the outer diameter of the shelf beam.
