1. Steel bunk beds

The bed frame is made of steel, the bed slats are constructed from solid wood multi-layer compressed board, and all installations are secured with screws, resulting in a sturdy structure upon completion. The quality difference lies in the wall thickness of the pipes, ranging from 0.8mm to 1.5mm.

2. Solid Wood Bunk Bed

Solid wood bunk beds available in the market mostly use pine or cedar, with pine being the most common. They are unfinished in their natural wood form, making them more environmentally friendly and relatively easy to assemble.

3. Bunk Bed with Storage Compartment

Mostly use compressed boards, painted. Good quality has less smell, poor quality has more.

Style Categories

1. Trundle Bed (Parent and Child Bed)

The top bunk is a single bed, while the lower, widened version is a double bed. It's suitable for a child on top and two adults below, ideal for smaller spaces. Available in both plywood and solid wood options.

2. Bunk beds with interlocking design (T-shaped beds)

The lower and upper beds form a T-shape, commonly used in children's beds. The lower bed space of the alternating bunk beds is more ventilated and has better lighting than regular bunk beds.

3. Parallel Bed

Bunk beds with equal length and width for both the top and bottom beds, which is a common style of bunk beds.
