The planning and construction of color steel dust-proof net mainly consists of four parts:
(1) Color steel dust-proof net foundation: Made of precast concrete blocks or cast-in-place underground foundation.
Color-steel housing and color-steel tiles, etc.
(2) Color-coated Steel Dust-proof Mesh Support Structure: Engineering planning is based on wind speed and wind force parameters. Steel support frames are used for support, primarily to provide sufficient strength for the "wind and dust suppression wall," withstanding damage from strong winds, and also considering the overall aesthetics. The main frame of the support is made of steel pipes, and reinforced concrete pillars are used as supports for the "wind and dust suppression wall."
(3) Color Steel Dustproof Net Device: Service life of 15-20 years. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +80℃, with fasteners and clamping plates for connection. The detailed dimensions, bend angle, and hole rate of the windbreak dust suppression plate should be planned according to the actual conditions of the stacking yard.
(4) Retaining Wall: To prevent overflow of coal slurry water after rain or snow, a retaining wall of 1.2 to 1.5 meters can be set at the bottom of the windbreak wall.
Utilize color-coated steel sheets as the base material, with sheet thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 1.5mm, punched and formed by CNC equipment. No surface treatment is required.
Three Peak Windproof and Dustproof Mesh, Three Peak Type (Triad), with molding widths of 830-950mm, peak heights of 50-100mm, and lengths up to 8.5 meters can be processed.
The windbreak and dust suppression technology can effectively address the aforementioned issues.
Stainless steel boasts high strength, with Austenitic stainless steel exhibiting distinct cold working hardening properties. Excessive deformation during cold forming can lead to part fractures, and in severe cases, can even damage molds and machinery. Therefore, during the production process, it is crucial to inspect part hardness and maintain reasonable deformation to balance quality with production efficiency. After cold working and forming, the surface passivation film of stainless steel parts can be damaged, and they may also adhere to stamping oil, mold fragments, and other metallic debris, which can easily cause rusting. To ensure post-forming parts have excellent corrosion resistance and luster, they should be cleaned and degreased, and passivated. If possible, plastic film can also be used to protect the part surface.
