Corrosion-Resistant Coating for Machinery and Equipment - Polyurethane Paint

This is an outdoor weather-resistant topcoat, a type of two-component topcoat. It boasts excellent decorative properties, with a finish that resists ultraviolet rays, acids, solvents, and wear.

Superior in maintaining color and luster, the paint film is durable, resists chalking, and is not prone to yellowing. It is widely used for surface anticorrosive decoration on vehicles, ships, bridges, steel structures, machinery, cranes, port facilities, and the exterior walls of large oil storage tanks.

Before construction painting, the metal surface should be cleaned of rust and dirt, achieving a Sa2.5 blasting grade and a St3 manual rust removal grade to prevent affecting the paint film adhesion. The construction temperature should be above 5°C, with relative air humidity not exceeding 80%.
