When the operating temperature exceeds 70°C, the lubricating grease must be doubled for every 15°C increase. 2. When the bearing is contaminated, such as with dust, moisture, acidic or alkaline environments, the lubricating grease must also be doubled. 3. If the bearing is subjected to heavy loads, such as vibration or pressure, the lubricating grease must be doubled. If all these conditions are present simultaneously, fresh grease must be replenished in an even greater amount to ensure lubrication quality. The bearing should have adequate space internally to expel excess grease during startup and operation. Moreover, grease has a service life; by regularly replenishing fresh grease to expel contaminated grease, the bearing can maintain its quality and lifespan.

The Perma CLASSIC automatic lubricator is suitable for various operating conditions with ambient temperatures between 0~+40ºC. The lubrication system operates reliably based on the principle of electrochemical reactions. The cap at the top is color-coded to differentiate lubrication cycles; users can set the 120cm³ lubricant to a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month lubrication interval as needed. The internal pressure of the container (up to 4bar) generated by the electrochemical reaction pushes the piston forward, continuously extruding a small amount of lubricant to the lubrication point. The Perma CLASSIC is fully dustproof and waterproof, and can withstand accidental drops and impacts.
