详情描述

Copper foil tape is a metallic tape made by coating conductive or pressure-sensitive adhesive on a copper foil substrate.

Here is a detailed introduction to it:

- Basic Composition: Copper foil base material purity is typically above 99.95%, the adhesive layer is usually conductive adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive, containing nickel substances, capable of achieving magnetic signal shielding function.

- Product Types: Single-conductor and double-conductor types. The single-conductor type is conductive only on the copper surface, while the double-conductor type is conductive on both the adhesive and copper surfaces.

- Performance Parameters: Copper foil base material thickness: 0.007-0.075mm, adhesive layer thickness: 0.015-0.04mm, peel strength: 0.2-1.5kgf/25mm, temperature resistance range: generally -10℃ to 120℃.

- Working Principle: Utilizes the conductivity of copper to form a "Faraday cage" effect, blocking electromagnetic waves, while also providing a low-impedance grounding path for interference signals through the conductive adhesive, guiding the interference current to the earth.

- Main Application: Widely used for electromagnetic shielding and static discharge in electronic products such as mobile phones, computers, and monitors, as well as for electromagnetic isolation in high-frequency transmission of wires and cables and surface grounding of electronic components.
