详情描述

Conductive foam tape is a functional tape that combines the conductive properties with the foam characteristics, widely used in the electronics industry. Here is an introduction to it:

- Structure & Material: Typically, conductive foam is used as the base material, with silver, copper, or nickel coatings applied to the surface of the ordinary foam. Conductive adhesive or conductive double-sided adhesive is then applied or attached to form the product.

- Features: Excellent conductivity, capable of conducting in XYZ directions, effectively providing electromagnetic shielding and static discharge; also boasts high elasticity and shock-absorbing properties, adaptable to various surfaces, offering superior sealing and vibration reduction. Maintains good adhesion and stability in harsh environments like high temperature and humidity.

- Main Applications: Primarily used for EMI shielding, ESD protection, and grounding connections in electronic devices. Also serves as a sealing function in equipment requiring dust and water resistance.

- Standard Specifications: A variety of thickness options are available, such as 3M conductive foam tape in thicknesses like 0.575mm; tesa® 60216 with a thickness of 1000μm, and tesa® 60246 with a thickness of 300μm, etc. Length and width can be customized as required.
