JD-05B/10B Type Dumping Rain Gauge 1. Overview
This instrument is a single-measurement precipitation gauge, meeting the requirements of the national standard GB/T11832-2002 "Bucket-type Rain Gauge."
The core component of this instrument, the bucket, features a three-dimensional streamlined design, allowing for smoother water flipping and comes with self-cleaning dust and easy washing capabilities.
2. Structure, Features
This instrument is composed of a rain inlet, filter screen, water siphon funnel, flip bucket assembly, flip bucket support, inclination adjustment device, reed switch, signal output terminals, base, base support feet, and stainless steel cylinder body.
The bucket support of this instrument features an integrated rotary positioning structure, making the installation and removal of the bucket more convenient.
The bucket of this instrument features a three-dimensional streamlined design with a downward-curved face guide, which boasts an aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance, enhanced water flipping performance, and is easy to clean and maintain.
This instrument is equipped with two reed switches on its reed switch bracket. One of the two signal outputs is used for on-site counting, while the other is used for remote signaling.
This equipment is factory-set with the bucket tilt adjustment screw locked at the tilt base point, and the tilt screw has been painted with a dot of red paint for sealing. Upon on-site installation, the user simply needs to adjust the height of the ground support foot by turning the height-adjustment nut to position the level bubble in the center, and the equipment can be put into use without further adjusting the bucket tilt.
