☆ New-type wall insulation materials, vitrified microbeads, are made from selected pure natural special particle perlite ore sand, expanded under electric furnace heating. Through controlling temperature and the residence time of raw materials, the product surface melts, pores are sealed, forming irregular spherical particles with a porous cavity structure inside, surface vitrified and sealed, with a smooth luster, and highly stable physical and chemical properties, a new type of inorganic fire-retardant insulation material.

2※Main Features
☆ Features excellent properties such as environmental protection, energy saving, lightweight, insulation, soundproofing, fire resistance, high-temperature resistance, aging resistance, and low water absorption rate.
3. Application Fields
☆ Building Materials Industry Filler Aggregate:玻化微珠 can replace common expanded perlite and polystyrene beads as lightweight filler aggregates for various products, offering superior cost-performance. Especially during the current phase when China is vigorously promoting the application of new fire-retardant, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly building materials, various fire-retardant boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium silicate boards, gypsum boards, and artificial cultural stones produced using the slurry process, stripping process, and casting process can enhance the workability and self-compaction strength of mortar, reduce material shrinkage, improve overall product performance, and lower overall production costs by using玻化微珠 as a lightweight aggregate.
☆ Insulating Mortar Aggregate: Single-component insulating dry-mixed mortar using vitrified microspheres as lightweight insulating aggregates (insulating, masonry, and finish types). Through extensive engineering applications, it not only meets the national energy-saving standards for building walls but also:
(1) One-component thermal insulation dry-mixed mortar ensures product quality consistency.
(2) High bonding strength of the product, with rapid early strength gain.
(3) Overcomes the common issues of expanded perlite, such as high water absorption, easy dusting, and significant volume shrinkage during slurry mixing, while also addressing the deficiencies of polystyrene particles, including flammability, poor fire resistance, the production of harmful gases at high temperatures, and poor aging and weather resistance, as well as high rebound during construction.
(4) Excellent water retention and crack resistance; no need for watering or surface treatment on various substrates. It can be directly applied to walls without hollowing or cracking, shortening the time for secondary plastering, significantly enhancing construction efficiency and overall performance, and reducing project costs.
