Texas Zhaosheng Environmental Protection's "Clausen" smoke damper valve utilizes advanced foreign technology, absorbs the advantages of similar domestic products in the same industry, and independently innovates and develops the new generation of smoke damper valve, combining the usage experience and feedback from numerous users. The main principle is to use new hydraulic technology to drive the insertion plate to reciprocate to isolate smoke. The manufacturing process employs CNC operation. The combination of soft and hard sealing truly achieves 0 smoke leakage!

Smoke damper valve performance features:

1. Operates with hydraulic drive during normal operation, capable of reaching a pressure of 20 MPa and a thrust exceeding 17 tons, with a pull force over 13 tons. Offers strong power and excellent resistance overcoming capabilities. The switch is smooth and free of sticking, with high stability.

2. Utilizes a combination of soft and hard sealing methods, ensuring no internal or external leakage, zero leakage guaranteed, over 99% airtightness, with the option to increase sealing as needed.

3. The switch position allows for remote electrical connection, with an in-position indicator on the local control box. The power source is the existing power distribution room supply, and it can also be remotely connected to the customer's DCS control system, enabling local and remote control. The on/off signals can interface with the DCS.

4. Equipped with oil cylinders, oil stations, electric control boxes, a complete set of bi-directional reverse flanges at the factory, and bolted connections to valves. The gap sealing is done with packing. Upon arrival at the site, the flanges can be directly welded to the existing flue. Easy installation, short cycle, and can be completed within a minor maintenance period.

5. Open Position: The plate is outside the flue, preventing corrosion from high-temperature flue gases and media. It reduces resistance to the flow of flue gases within the flue and ensures the longevity of the plate. Closed Position: The plate is lined with 316L stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant steel plates on both sides of carbon steel, ensuring the valve's service life.

6. Designed according to principles of mechanics and thermodynamics, the plug plate features a diamond-shaped composite board structure. The internal reinforcing plates are CNC machined for precision, ensuring non-deformation under high temperatures and significant temperature variations, as well as resistance to tensile deformation.
