Strict welding processes ensure both welding quality and corrosion resistance of the welds. Through four generations of technology, the sealing performance of the plug-type electric hydraulic desulfurization flue gas damper doors exceeds 99%. The damper doors operate smoothly, without jamming or accumulating dust, and do not deform at high temperatures, thereby extending their service life.

Performance Features

1. Operates with hydraulic drive during normal operation, capable of reaching a pressure of up to 20 MPa and a thrust exceeding 17 tons, with a pull force of over 13 tons. It boasts powerful power and strong capability to overcome resistance. The switch is responsive and free of sticking, offering high stability.

2. Utilizes a combination of soft and hard sealing methods, ensuring no internal or external leakage. boasts over 99% airtightness, and additional sealing can be added if necessary.

3. The switch position allows for electrical remote transmission, with a position indicator on the local control cabinet. The power supply utilizes the existing power distribution room's power source, and it can also be remotely connected to Party A's DCS control system for both local and remote control. The opening and closing signals can be interfaced with the DCS.
