I. Product Introduction

This series of mineralized materials primarily consists of organic carboxylates, alkanolamines, and polyhydric alcohols, with other inorganic salts as supplements, in a liquid form. It is typically brownish transparent, odorless, and does not harm human health or the performance of concrete.

Specifications: 250 kg/bucket, 1 ton/bucket, bulk available in three sizes

Density: (20℃±1℃) 1.10-1.30 (g/cm³)

pH value: 8-11 (20℃±1℃)

Solids Content: 35~65 (%)

Product shelf life: 12 months; the use of the product in concrete does not affect the shelf life of the concrete.

Recommended Dosage: 0.03—0.2% (m/m) of cement quality

Section II: Applicability and Effectiveness

This series of mineralized material products is primarily suitable for silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, blended silicate cement, slag silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement, masonry cement, and pozzolanic silicate cement. By further activating the mineral components in cement, it increases the number of hydration products, enhancing cement quality. This, in turn, achieves a reduction in clinker consumption and an improvement in the overall production efficiency of cement.

Utilizing this product on top of the existing grinding aid, while maintaining the cement fineness control indicators essentially unchanged, it can further reduce the cement clinker consumption by over 4% and increase the cement mill output per hour by over 8%, with the cement's workability remaining consistent or slightly improved.

IV. Characteristics of cement using this mineralized material

The flowability of cement powder will increase.

2. The cement paste fluidity slightly increases.

3. Standard consistency water content slightly altered (when the types of admixture added are the same);

4. Setting time slightly extended.

5. The cement's 45μm sieve residue will decrease, while the specific surface area value does not increase. Use the 45μm sieve residue to control the fineness of the ground cement.

V. Storage Methods and Conditions

This series of mineralized material is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to store it in plastic storage containers to ensure airtight storage. The storage containers should be equipped with a circulation system, and the product should be circulated regularly to maintain uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is between -10℃ and 40℃.

Section 6: Method of Addition During Use

If height increase is not required, the metering pump can be directly used for measurement and addition.

When increasing the feeding height of mineralized material, the secondary pumping method is generally used.

7. Cautionary Notes

1. This mineralized material should be used after passing the inspection. Acceptance inspection methods include:

A straightforward approach is to test the density, pH level, and color, or solid content, of newly arrived mineralized material and a sample of mineralized material that has been used and proven qualified under the same temperature conditions. They can be deemed fit for use when both are within the acceptable error range.

(2) Utilize a cement with the same composition as cement produced without additives. Conduct a cement strength blending test using a sample of mineralized material, confirmed as qualified by usage certificate (JT-KH), and a new batch of mineralized material sampling, both in the same laboratory. The blend is deemed acceptable if the three-day strength of both samples falls within the acceptable error range.

Generally, a single method is used when continuously using mineralized material, while a second method is adopted only when there is a significant discrepancy in the quality of the mineralized material.

2. When handling and storing drummed mineralized material, prevent drops, impacts, external pressure, and exposure to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two drums.

3. Prior to use, inspect the company's logo on the packaging and then remove the lid. Ensure the product and model are correct before putting it into service.

4. This product has slight corrosive properties to the skin; in case of contact, rinse with clean water immediately, and do not ingest or consume.

5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature remains below -5℃ for consecutive 5 days, it is necessary to take insulation measures to prevent the product's viscosity from increasing, which may affect normal usage.

6. Shelf life: 12 months.
