Product Overview:
1. The WF series submersible sewage pumps feature a unique single and double-vane impeller structure, enhancing the pump's ability to pass through debris. They can handle fibers up to 5 times the pump's inlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's outlet diameter.
2. The mechanical seal employs double-end face sealing in a double-layer design, utilizing a new type of hard-wearing material. Operating continuously within the oil chamber, it ensures the pump runs safely and uninterruptedly for over 8,000 hours.
3. The pump features a compact and lightweight overall structure, high wear resistance, energy-saving, attractive appearance, easy maintenance, and no need for a pump house. It can be submerged in water for operation, reducing the construction cost.
4. Overheat and current protectors are installed inside the electric pump to prevent motor overload and overheating. High-precision, anti-interference sealing leakage monitoring devices are equipped for pumps over 7.5 kW in power (as per customer requirement).
5. Available with fully automatic safety protection control cabinets tailored to customer requirements, monitoring pump leaks, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating to ensure the safety and reliability of pump operation.
Primary Application:
1. Power range: 0.75-15 kW, flow rate: 5-300 m³/h, head: 5-40 m, voltage: 110V-660V, frequency: 50-60 Hz, outlet diameter: 40-200mm (1 1/2"-8").
2. Suitable for buildings, residential complexes, municipal projects, road traffic and construction, factory effluent, aquaculture, beverage, seawater brine, solid particles in general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.
Terms of Use:
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 60°C, medium density less than 1.2 kg/dm³, particle content ratio of the medium being pumped greater than 60%, and pH value of the medium being 4-10.
2. The motor part must not extend above the liquid surface by more than 1/e of the motor.
3. Special orders for transporting highly corrosive media are welcome. We will tailor our services specifically to your needs.
Structural Description:
1. Pump Housing and Impeller: Carefully selected and matched based on actual testing, the pump housing and impeller offer excellent anti-clogging performance, high efficiency, a flat power curve for easy overload prevention, and minimal vibration and smooth rotation of the impeller.
2. Motor: Specifically designed submersible motor with F-grade insulation and IPX8 protection. Allows temperature rise up to F-grade 105℃ plus ambient temperature of 35℃. Under normal temperature rise conditions, the motor's insulation life is extended, and the submersible cooling is effective, resulting in lower actual temperature rise and even longer motor insulation life.
3. Shaft Seal: The motor shaft seal utilizes double-end mechanical seal, establishing two reliable sealing barriers. It effectively prevents water from entering the oil chamber, with a normal operation time of over 8,000 hours without any faults.
4. Cable and Sealing: The cable features a waterproof and reinforced PVC jacket with NBR rubber sheath. The cable core cross-section is designed for long-term reliable operation at 40°C ambient temperature and full electrical load power; the motor has an extended service life when operated at non-full load power or below 40°C environmental temperature. The cable and rubber sheath are securely fastened to the motor cover using a clamp to prevent medium from渗入 the motor cavity through the cable and motor cover interface. It is prohibited to pull the cable (or use it as a rope) during handling.
5. Motor Housing: The motor housing is composed of parts such as the shell, pump cover, and pressure cover, with reliable seals at all connecting points. Each unit undergoes rigorous pressure testing to ensure there are no leaks.
