Product Overview:
1. The WFK(D) series submersible sewage pumps feature a unique single and double-vane structure, enhancing the pump's ability to pass solids. They can handle fibers up to 5 times the pump's inlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's outlet diameter.
2. The mechanical seal employs double-face sealing in a double-layer design, utilizing a new type of hard-wearing material. Operating continuously within the oil chamber, it ensures the pump runs safely and uninterruptedly for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, lightweight, wear-resistant, energy-saving, aesthetically pleasing, easy to maintain, no need for a pump house, submersible operation, reducing construction costs.
4. Overheat and current protectors are installed inside the electric pump to prevent motor overload and overheating. Pumps with power above 7.5kw are equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference seal leakage monitoring device (as per customer requirements).
5. Customizable with an all-in-one safety protection control cabinet, it monitors pump issues like leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, ensuring the pump's safety and reliability in operation.
6. The cutting device can chop up the floating debris, plastic products, and fibrous materials within the pool, allowing the impeller to smoothly intake and expel them.

Terms of Use:
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 60°C, medium density less than 1.2 kg/dm³, particle content ratio of the medium being pumped greater than 60%, and pH value of the medium being 4-10.
2. The motor portion must not extend above the liquid surface by more than 1/e of the motor.
3. Special orders for handling highly corrosive media are welcome. We will tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
Structural Description:
1. Pump Body and Impeller: Carefully selected and matched based on actual testing, these pump bodies and impellers offer excellent clog resistance, high efficiency, and a flat power curve for easy overload prevention. The impellers feature minimal vibration and smooth rotation.
2. Motor: Specialized submersible motor with F-grade insulation IPX8 protection, allowing temperature rise to increase by F-grade 105℃ plus ambient temperature of 35℃. Under normal temperature rise conditions, the motor insulation lifespan is extended, and the submersible cooling effect is excellent, resulting in a lower actual temperature rise and an even longer motor insulation lifespan.
3. Axial Seal: The motor's axial seal features double-sided mechanical seals, creating two reliable sealing barriers. It effectively prevents water from entering the oil chamber, ensuring faultless operation for over 8,000 hours under normal use conditions.
4. Cable and Sealing: The cable features a waterproof reinforced PVC jacket with NBR rubber, designed for long-term reliable operation at 40℃ ambient temperature and full electric load power; the motor's lifespan is extended when operated below full load power or at temperatures below 40℃; the cable wire, rubber jacket, and motor cover are connected using a clamp to prevent medium from渗入 motor cavity through the cable and motor cover interface; it is prohibited to pull the cable during handling (or use it as a lifting rope).
5. Motor Enclosure: The motor enclosure is composed of components such as the housing, pump cover, and gland cover, with reliable seals at all connecting points. Each unit undergoes rigorous air pressure testing to ensure no leaks.
