Usage:
Broadly applied in industries such as light industry, textiles, petrochemicals, chemicals, metallurgy, fiber, general industrial processes, environmental protection engineering, marine industry, and marine aquaculture.
Oral transmission medium:
Corrosive liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties, free of solid particles or fibers, such as: acids, bases, salts, organic compounds, and related petrochemical products.
Pump Description:
This type of pump features overflow parts and shafts made of stainless steel; it is equipped with a mechanical seal, offering a long service life and zero leakage. The outlet is aligned on the same axis and has the same diameter, allowing it to be mounted on pipelines like a valve. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to install and use. The top-lifting cover design allows for easy replacement of the seal and impeller without removing the intake and discharge pipes.
Installation Instructions:
Do not add the pipe weight to the pump during installation to prevent damage to the pump.
Tighten the base bolts securely during installation to prevent vibration during startup that could affect the pump's normal operation.
For ease of maintenance and safe operation, a regulating valve is installed on each pipeline of the pump's inlet and outlet to ensure normal pump operation and extend the pump's service life.
Pumps are to be used for suction service, equipped with a bottom valve, and the inlet piping should not have excessive bends or be too long, with no leakage or air leakage allowed.
To prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow path, affecting performance, a filter with an area 3 to 4 times larger than the suction pipe should be installed in front of the pump inlet.
After installation, rotate the pump shaft. The impeller should not produce any rubbing sound or jamming. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
