This unit is suitable for the endurance aging test of key switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, metal leaf spring keys (commonly known as "potato chips"), or similar types of keys, and uses a programmer to control the entire process of the key endurance test.
Suitable for fatigue testing of silicone rubber keypad; features adjustable speed, customizable number of cycles, and simultaneous testing of multiple products (each product can be tested at multiple points), retaining data after reaching the set number of cycles or power failure.
Each button can be set for different pressures and heights. Controlled by a PLC touch screen, it clearly displays the number of strikes and the striking force. Each striking head is individually controlled, offering a more user-friendly design, and can meet customers' various testing requirements!
