Unveiling the Advantages of Tensile Testing Machines

The Tensile Testing Machine, also known as a tensile tester or electronic tensile tester, features an independent servo loading system and a high-precision, wideband electro-hydraulic servo valve, ensuring high system accuracy, low noise, and rapid response. It employs an independent hydraulic clamping system to ensure low noise and stable operation, as well as secure and non-slip holding of the specimen during the test process.

The tensile testing machine utilizes a microcomputer-controlled full-digital wideband electro-hydraulic servo valve to drive a precision hydraulic cylinder. The microcomputer control system performs automatic control over various forms of force, displacement, and deformation, completing tensile, compression, and flexural tests on the specimens. It complies with the national standard GB/T228-2010 "Methods for Room Temperature Tensile Testing of Metal Materials" and other relevant specifications. Main Applications: Suitable for tensile, compression, bending, and shearing tests on metal materials and components, as well as for the testing of similar non-metallic materials such as plastics, concrete, and cement.

Tensile Testing Machine Performance Features: This machine utilizes hydraulic force, with the oil cylinder positioned below, featuring a liquid crystal display for force measurement. The design separates the main body from the force gauge, offering ease of operation, stable and reliable performance, high experimental accuracy, and smooth loading. The overall design is simple, with adjustable experimental space. High-precision sensors are used for measurement, with results displayed as digital curves and capable of direct storage, data processing, and printing of results and curves. It also includes networking functions.

The tensile testing machine features a CNC display system, capable of performing tensile, compression, bending, peel, and puncture tests on materials up to 5000N. It offers full LCD CNC parameter settings, with curves, displacements, and force values dynamically displayed on the digital indicator. Connected to a computer, it achieves full computer control and prints standard test reports; it completely overhauls the traditional material testing machine's缺点 of being bulky, complex to operate, and having single performance. The exterior design incorporates extruded panels and baked paint treatment, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
