Dustproof and hardening

The inherent quality defect of low surface strength in concrete ground floors, prone to wear and dusting due to frequent traffic. This not only generates a significant amount of dust but also poses great hazards to both people and forklift safety, a common issue in the industrial field.

To eliminate dust in concrete in two steps, thereby enhancing the durability of concrete floors. Firstly, the product can penetrate into the concrete surface layer by 1-3 millimeters. Secondly, the hardening component of the liquid hardener reacts chemically with the loose particles in the concrete, forming a hard, insoluble substance. This chemical reaction can harden and seal a concrete layer several millimeters thick.

2. Wear-resistant

Liquid hardener can eliminate loose materials in concrete, increase the compactness of the surface, and enhance the strength and wear resistance of the concrete. Compression strength and wear resistance can be improved by over 40%.

3. Sealed and Impermeable

The solid, insoluble deposits formed by the reaction of the liquid hardener can fill and block the capillary pores in concrete, creating a dense, pore-free surface layer that enhances the concrete's impermeability by over 30%.

4. Maintenance

Liquid hardening agent can seal concrete, prevent clogging, reduce capillary pores, decrease the evaporation of water in concrete, thereby strengthening concrete curing, and inhibit the formation of cracking.

5. Lifespan

Liquid hardening agent directly hardens the concrete surface, creating a hardened layer (not an additional coating) that is more integrated and extends the lifespan of the flooring than the "shell" formed by other hardeners and coatings.
