Hardware molds are tools used in industrial production, where various presses and tools mounted on presses apply pressure to shape metal materials into the desired parts or products. These tools are collectively referred to as hardware molds.
The various tools and products we use in our daily production and life, from the base and body shell of machine tools to a single bolt head, button, and the shells of various household appliances, all have a close relationship with molds.
The shape of the mold determines the appearance of these products, and the processing quality and accuracy of the mold also dictate the quality of the products. Due to the varied materials, appearances, specifications, and uses of different products, molds are categorized into non-plastic molds such as casting molds, forging molds, die-casting molds, stamping molds, as well as plastic molds.
