The internal diameter grinder is a specialized machine designed for grinding internal holes. It is suitable for grinding objects such as guide sleeves, industrial and household needles, elastic tube clamps, ceramic oil nozzle internal holes, ceramic guide sleeves, and the internal holes of related components.
Operation Instructions
Inspect all parts of the machine to ensure they are functioning properly.
2. Based on the processing requirements specified in the dispatch order, select an appropriate grinding wheel and securely fasten it onto the wheel shaft, then level it.
3. Clamp the workpiece using the non-magnetic bearing rod (15), and adjust the extended length of the workpiece with the workpiece length adjuster (14).
4. Measure the parallelism of the workpiece with a micrometer; if there is an inclination, use the screw (12) to adjust the angle of the non-centered shaft and slowly turn the angle to 0 degrees.
5. Open the shaftless lifting rod (10), adjust the workpiece to the proper height using the shaftless lifting disc (11), and then secure it.
6. Use the left-right moving rod (7) to gradually push the grinding wheel to the desired processing location, and use the left-right travel stop blocks (6) to fix the travel distance of the grinding wheel to the left.
7. Gradually bring the grinding wheel (9) closer to the workpiece using the feed disc. Stop advancing the cutter just before the grinding wheel (16) touches the workpiece to prevent collision.
8. Turn on the power switch (4), the grinding motor switch (3), and the ball bearing switch (2).
9. Gradually turn the grinding wheel cutting disc (9) until the grinding wheel (16) contacts the workpiece. Then, zero out the X-axis on the display and adjust the blade by 0.01 to 0.02mm at a time.
During the machining process, the workpiece's processed area should be measured for accuracy.
After processing, ensure the machine's cleanliness and maintenance.
