Illustration of window, lintel, and exterior wall leakage
The compression between buildings leads to many walls developing cracks, sand eyes, and holes. Rainwater seeps into the walls along these cracks, washing away to the exterior wall surface, where it leaves渗漏水 stains on the interior walls.

Environmental factors' impact on the aging of structural adhesives
1. During the actual application of curtain walls, it is inevitable to be affected by surrounding environmental factors. Such as: rainwater, UV radiation, and high temperatures, which can lead to discoloration, bubbling, cracking, and even脆化, cracking, and adhesive failure during use, reducing the service life and severely affecting the safety of the curtain wall project.
2. The adhesive application is not dense; during the胶receiving process, the control of the adhesive amount at the interface is not accurate, resulting in too thin a bead thickness. Since the aging of weather-resistant sealant progresses from the surface to the depth, insufficient depth of the sealant can lead to premature cracking and leakage. If the sealing around the threaded holes is not tight or there are omissions, water leakage channels can form.
