Product Features:
1. Reduced the size of the spindle nose, optimized the bearing load position, making the spindle sturdier, with increased rigidity and durability, and spindle accuracy within 0.003mm.
2. X-axis "one V one flat" guide rail, worktable guide rail with plastic coating, manually precision scraped, dual cylinder drive, independent hydraulic oil tank, prevents oil temperature from causing casting deformation, collision cylinder reduces impact buffering force to ensure grinding accuracy
3. The Y-axis can infinitely adjust the grinding wheel, ensuring smooth feeding forward and backward, which enhances the surface finish of the grinding.
4. The Z-axis is equipped with a PLC control system, featuring automatic feeding up and down, as well as quick up and down and manual feeding options. It allows for one person to operate multiple machines, thereby saving labor costs.
5. The AHD model fixed panel operation panel features a counter for setting feed cycles and an optional six-step switch for feed quantity, a hand-cranked feed electromagnetic pulse handwheel, and an adjustable disk suction force.
6. The AS model human-machine interface panel features a 10-inch touch screen, displaying feed dimensions for the Z/Y axes. It supports coarse, fine, and sparkless grinding, allowing for digital setting of feed counts and individual feed amounts. It can adjust the disk suction force, digitally set the grinding distance on the Y axis, and has features for returning to the origin after completion of grinding, as well as stopping the machine tool spindle, hydraulic system, and water pump.
7. Full-circulation lubrication recycling system, enhancing guide rail accuracy and the durability of transmission components
8. AS models feature an added splash guard panel to prevent debris and mist from entering the machine during the grinding process.
Product Structure:
1. The front and rear main seats utilize a mature and stable T-shaped splicing structure, offering high overall rigidity and seismic performance, capable of meeting the requirements of high-precision equipment for base components.
2. Linear V-guide rail on the X-axis, worktable guide rail with plastic coating and precision scraping by hand, independent hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic stepless speed regulation, smooth and reliable operation.
3. Dual V-groove on the Y-axis, sliding frame guide tracks are precision scraped with plastic, allowing for variable speed adjustment of the grinding wheel and grinding operation; driven by a stepper motor and controlled by ball screw to move the sliding frame forward and backward.
4. The Z-axis column guide rail is rigid, stable, and reliable, powered by an electric motor and lead screw, enabling automatic feed grinding, as well as quick lifting or lowering, or manual feed. The spindle is directly connected to a 7.5 horsepower motor via a coupling, providing ample grinding power and precision.
5. Precision P4 grade ball bearing spindle, reducing the distance between the spindle tip, optimizing the bearing load points, flange-type end cover, enhancing grinding rigidity and precision; improved waterproof performance.
6. Machine tools are equipped with PLC control systems and feature hand-cranked pulse generators. Each circuit is fitted with short-circuit protection and overload protection devices.
7. An independent automatic circulating lubrication system ensures regular cleaning and lubrication of the guide rail and screw. It also features a low-pressure alarm function.
8. Equipped with a high-flow cooling system, it meets the continuous production needs of grinding, further ensuring the quality of the grinding process.
9. Main Working Precision: Standard specimen 45# steel quenched 50*50 square or round material, five pieces
The entire work surface can accommodate workpieces of any thickness (up to five pieces): 510 model ≤0.010mm, 512 model ≤0.012mm, 612 model ≤0.012mm. Surface roughness ≤Ra0.63um.
The equipment workbench moves left and right (X), the slide frame moves forward and backward (Y), and the main spindle head moves up and down (Z). The column and main frame are fixed in a rigid structure. The X-axis is powered by hydraulic transmission, while the Y/Z axes use AC motor-driven screw transmission.
