Technical Service Requirements:
4.1 Installation and Commissioning: The Seller is responsible for free installation, adjustment of the equipment, and on-site free training for the operation and maintenance personnel at the Buyer's location.
4.2 Technical Support: The Seller shall provide effective technical support, which includes adjusting machine tool parameters according to the processing characteristics of the product required by the Buyer.
4.3 Warranty Period: Upon the acceptance of the machine tool, a 12-month free warranty is provided. Free parts and services are offered during the warranty period, with timely and effective service.
4.4 Service Time Commitment: The seller promises that within 24 hours of receiving a machine tool failure repair report, the after-sales service staff will arrive on-site to handle the issue.
4.5 Post-warranty technical support: Within 2 years after the warranty period expires, the seller provides free software technical consulting services. In case of failure in the machine tool's mechanical or system parts, the seller offers free software technical consulting services.
4.6 Post-warranty parts supply: After the warranty period expires, the seller shall continue to supply the buyer with discounted wearable repair parts, with the repair parts being provided to the buyer at the seller's procurement cost price.
Machine Tool Acceptance:
5.1 Acceptance Standards: Conducted according to technical requirements and parameters.
5.2 Receiving Procedure:
5.2.1 Upon completion of debugging at the seller's factory, the buyer may conduct a pre-inspection. This involves checking geometric and positioning accuracy, as well as processing standard specimens to verify processing precision and range. A signed agreement by both parties upon passing the inspection is required before shipment.
5.2.2 Inspection results are final upon final acceptance.

After-Sales Service:
1. One-year warranty for product quality issues, starting from the date of goods delivery.
2. If used by the customer, damage caused by improper use or modification that is not natural is not covered under the above warranty, and the customer must bear the repair costs.
