Usage Tips for Double-Sided Adhesive Tapes

First, apply one side, then the other; this helps minimize bubble formation.

3. Apply a primer for surfaces that are not suitable for direct sticking, such as glass, brass, and mesh areas.

4. Peel off the release paper from the double-sided adhesive, then press it firmly onto the material. This ensures a great stickiness of the adhesive, allowing for full contact between the tape and the adhesive surface. We can use a scraper or roller for this purpose.

5. For large-area bonding, after applying double-sided tape, a heavy object should be used to evenly press for 12 hours to ensure the tape makes full contact with the bonding surface, achieving excellent adhesive properties.
