The PH-A2000 series automation features a programmable burner with 10 PT100 units. Each burner can operate independently, capable of fully automatically burning 80 chips (10 units x 8 sets) at once. This burner programmer not only accommodates large capacity flash storage chips but also handles automotive electronics, drones, and MCUs with ease!
Three operating modes
1) USB Online Mode. Communicates with local PC via USB 2.0 port (high-speed) for online control.
2) RJ45 Connectivity Mode. Connects to a local or remote PC via Ethernet cable for on-site or remote communication and control.
3) SD Card Offline Mode. Equipped with a keyboard, LCD display, and removable storage (standard SD card), it can operate independently offline, offering easy operation and scalability, ideal for mass production on factory floors. Engineering files (quantity limited only by card capacity) can be conveniently created (and copied to the SD card) even without an internet connection.

1) Engineering (Project). Store various operations and settings related to the object device, including model selection, file loading for burning, configuration bit setting, batch processing commands, etc., within the project file. With each run, users proceed directly to the chip writing operation in a single step, effectively reducing the probability of errors.
2) Batch (Auto) Command. Allows users to arbitrarily organize commonly used command sequences such as erase, check empty, program, verify, encrypt, etc., into a single command that can be executed in one step.
3) Mass Production Mode. Monitors plug-in status, automatically initiates upon chip placement without manual button pressing. Dynamic Buffering. Each chip's burn-in data can vary; the software automatically adjusts data as per user requirements, including standard and customized serial number generators (such as MAC addresses).
