The PH-A3000 series is equipped with servo-driven XYZ three-axis movement, capable of handling 4 components at a time for simultaneous loading and unloading. It supports both synchronous and asynchronous component handling, and can simultaneously burn up to 48 components. It features an angle-distance positioning system with CCD positioning. It can accommodate an integrated programmer and commonly available burners. The feed system can be loaded and unloaded with strips, and can be equipped with an automatic disk loader. It can also be converted between strip loading and disk loading. It is primarily designed for mass production of large-capacity chips with long burn times, suitable for packaging types including BGA, SOP, SSOP, TSOP, SON, OFP, and QFN.
