Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DU1253L/S series is composed of basic components such as the top cover, yoke, fixed core, movable core, guide rod, stopper, spring, and spool.
The 1253L/S series yoke and fixed core form the magnetic flux transmission section; the 1253L/S series spool, wire, enameled wire, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the 1253L/S series movable parts, guide rods, stop blocks make up the magnetic field action section; the spring serves as the reset section.
II Working Principle
When applying direct current to the DU1253L/S electromagnet, the coil magnetic field excites the magnetic field, which magnetizes the transmission and action parts, creating two different poles. This utilizes the principle of opposite poles attracting to achieve the operation. Upon power off, the spring reset part resets.
