Basic Parameters
The DO7050 Push-Pull Electromagnet for Round Tubes is suitable for various metering pumps, flow pumps, and mechanical equipment. This product features a diameter of 70mm, a tube length of 50mm, a movable diameter of 30mm, a push rod diameter of 2-10mm, and is suitable for strokes of 15mm or less. It is installed and fixed using a threaded mount; it can be customized into push, pull, and other structural styles as needed.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DO7050 round tube electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, round tube iron, front cover, rear cover, moving parts, and wire. The push-type structure adds push rods, guide blocks, etc.
7050 round iron tubes, front and rear covers make up the magnetic field transmission section; 7050 spools, enameled wire, wires, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; and the magnetic field action section is composed of 7050 movable parts, guide rods, and stop blocks.
Ⅱ Working Principle
The enameled wire is wrapped around a spool, and when power is applied to the 7050 electromagnet, the magnetic field excites part generates a magnetic force, magnetizing the magnetic field transmission section and the magnetic field interaction section, creating two different poles. This utilizes the principle of opposite poles attracting each other to achieve the action. When the power is turned off, the spring resets.
