Basic Parameters
DO2040 Round Tube Electromagnet is suitable for various textile machines, sewing machines, and other mechanical equipment. This product has a diameter of 20mm, a round tube length of 40mm, a movable diameter of 8mm, and a push rod diameter of 2-4mm, suitable for strokes of 10mm or less; it is mounted and fixed with threads; can be customized into push, pull, and other structural styles as needed.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structure Composition
The DO2040 cylindrical electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, cylindrical iron tube, front cover, rear cover, moving parts, and wires. A push-type structure includes additional elements like push rods and guide blocks.
2040 round iron tubes, front and rear covers make up the magnetic field transmission section; 2040 spools, enameled wire, and wires constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the magnetic field action section is composed of 2040 movable parts, guide rods, and stop blocks.
II Operation Principle
Enamelled wire is wound around a spool. When the 2040 electromagnet is powered on, the magnetic field is activated, generating a magnetic force. This magnetic field magnetizes the transmission part and interacts with the magnetic field part, creating two different poles. The principle of opposite poles attracting each other is utilized to achieve the action. Upon power off, the spring resets the mechanism.
