Basic Parameters
The DX5030 suction cup electromagnetic yoke is made from a solid 50mm diameter rod, with the coil processed from POM material. The yoke features an M6 mounting thread and can be customized in size as needed. This type of product operates on DC direct current and is widely used in machinery and automation equipment.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DX5030 suction cup electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, yoke, and wire.
The 5030 electromagnet yoke and core form the magnetic field transmission section; the 5030 spool, wire, etc., form the magnetic field excitation section.
II Operation Principle
The enameled wire is wound around a spool. When power is applied to the 5030 suction cup electromagnet, the magnetic field excitation generates a magnetic force. This magnetizes the transmission part of the field, creating a magnetic force on the adhesive surface to lift the workpiece. When the magnetic field excitation is disconnected, the transmission part cannot generate a magnetic force, causing the workpiece to detach.

温馨提示: By default, our 5030 suction cup electromagnets are powered continuously for 100 hours. They can also be designed for short-term power supply, the choice depends entirely on the customer's actual usage. Continuous power results in less force, while short-term power supply increases force but raises temperature.
