Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structure Composition
The DX605050S suction cup electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the coil, yoke wire, and so on.
The 605050 electromagnetic yoke and core form the magnetic field transmission section; the 605050 coil, wire, etc., form the magnetic field excitation section.
II. Operating Principle
The enameled wire is wound on a spool. When power is applied to the 605050 suction cup electromagnet, the magnetic field excitation generates magnetic force, magnetizing the transmission part of the field to create magnetic force on the suction surface, thereby lifting the workpiece. When the magnetic field excitation is disconnected, the transmission part cannot generate magnetic force, causing the workpiece to be released.

They can also be configured for intermittent power supply, depending on the customer's actual usage. If powered continuously, the strength is relatively lower; for intermittent power supply, the strength is higher but the temperature may rise.
