Structure and Working Principle


Ⅰ Structural Composition

The DX402010 suction electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the coil, yoke wire, and so on.


402010 Core and yoke of electromagnet form the magnetic field transmission section; 402010 Coils, wires, etc. form the magnetic field excitation section.


II Working Principle

The enameled wire is wrapped around a spool. When the 402010 suction cup electromagnet is powered on, the magnetic field excitation generates a magnetic force, magnetizing the transmission section of the field, which creates magnetic force on the suction surface, lifting the workpiece. When the magnetic field excitation is disconnected, the transmission section cannot generate magnetic force, causing the workpiece to detach.

They can also be designed for short-term power supply, which is entirely dependent on the customer's actual usage. For long-term power supply, the force is relatively lower; for short-term power supply, the force is greater but the temperature may rise.
