The DKX2525 magnetic retention suction cup electromagnet features the characteristics of demagnetization when de-energized and no magnetism when energized. Made from 430F material, the product uses a sealing glue process for the mating surface and wire exit position, ensuring normal operation under harsh conditions.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DKX2525 self-retaining suction cup electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, yoke, fixed core, magnet, and wire.
2525 yoke iron, magnets, and fixed cores form the magnetic field transmission section; 2525 spools, enameled wire, wires, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section.
II Working Principle
In the absence of power, the 2525 maintains the yoke of the suction cup electromagnet, magnetizing and conducting the magnet under the action of the magnet, thus creating a stronger magnetic field on the surface to achieve the bonding of workpieces. When the product is powered with reverse current, the magnetic field generates a magnetic force, which cancels out the magnetic force produced by the magnet, causing the workpiece to detach. When powered with direct current, the combined magnetic forces result in a stronger suction.
