Basic Parameters


The DK1253 solenoid magnet is primarily used in various range hoods and other mechanical equipment. The product features a built-in strong magnet that can remain at one end of the product in the absence of power. The extension and retraction action is achieved by reversing the current direction.


Structure and Working Principle


Ⅰ Structure Composition

The DK1253 single-pole solenoid is composed of basic components such as a coil, yoke, fixed core, movable part, magnet, rod, spring, wire, etc.


1253 yoke iron, magnets, and fixed core form the magnetic field transmission section; 1253 spools, enameled wire, wires, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the movable components of 1253 make up the magnetic field action section.


II Operation Principle

In the absence of power, the 1253 unit maintains the yoke of the electromagnet, magnetizes and conducts the magnetism under the influence of the magnet, thus creating a magnetic field on its surface to attract the moving parts; when the product is powered in reverse, the magnetic field generates a magnetic force, which cancels out the magnetic force produced by the magnet, causing the moving parts to spring open under the action of an external force or spring; when powered in the forward direction, it attracts.
